Beach Buggy Racing 2 v.2026.07.31 is rolling out this week, and it’s a big one!
For the first time ever, BBR2 players can now sign in with Google Play Games (on Android) and Game Center (on iOS.) You’ll be able to enjoy streamlined sign-in and cloud saving, enhanced account security, and also earn achievements.
Game service sign-in
We are phasing out the old email sign-in system and instead will begin using your game service account to secure your save game in the cloud, earn achievements, and more. Starting in this update, you can sign in with Google Play Games on your Android phone, or Game Center on your iPhone or iPad. Amazon players will use Login with Amazon (LWA does not support achievements.)
For now, singing into the new game service system is optional. You don’t have to migrate your old email account yet — although we will require account migration in a future update.
When you’re ready, just head over to the Account Management screen. Existing players will see a button that says “Migrate to Google Play” or ”Migrate to Game Cetner”. New players will see a similar button that says “Sign in” instead of “Migrate.” Either way, just hit that button, follow the instructions, and you’re done.

Area 52 car kit for Old Timer
But wait there’s more! Everyone’s favorite farm truck, Old Timer, gets a new car kit straight from the secret labs of Area 52.
Back in May during our livestream, we hosted a vote on which cars should get the next car kit, and the results were extremely close. Lightning won the first round, but so many of you wanted a new kit for Old Timer that we had to get this one into the game.
