Halloween Fan Art Contest 2026

Sharpen your pencils, dust off your paintbrushes, and crack open your big bag of candy. The Beach Buggy Racing Halloween Fan Art Contest has risen from the grave, and we're inviting creators of every age and skill level to show us something frightfully good.

THE CHALLENGE

Conjure up an original work of art inspired by Beach Buggy Racing and Halloween, then save it, scan it, or snap a clear photo and send it our way. Do that, and you'll be in the running for a wickedly sweet Beach Buggy Racing 2 prize pack!

Pumpkin-headed racers, haunted buggies, monster mash-ups on Death Bat Alley: if it's spooky, silly, or somewhere in between, we want to see it. However you create is fair game: pencils, paint, pixels, clay, even a carved pumpkin. This isn't about being a professional; it's about having fun and letting your creativity run wild.

And hey, if you're just getting started on your artistic journey? Even better. We're handing out prizes in multiple categories, including a dedicated one for kids.

THE PRIZES

This year we are giving out prizes for three categories: General, Kids (under 13) and AI Generated.

  • General - This is the big open category for everyone 13 and over. You must only submit artwork you yourself created. Do not submit copies of other people’s art or generated art, or you will be disqualified.

  • AI Generated - Participants 13 and over may submit AI generated artwork in this separate category. It must be clearly labeled as AI Generated. Any AI artwork which is not labeled will be disqualified.

  • Kids - Under 13 only! To be included in the kids category, your parent or guardian must submit the Parental Consent for Kids (see below).

In each category, we will pick Grand Prize winners and Runners up. The number of prizes will vary depending on how many entries we get.

  • Grand Prize winners: will get to pick a car or driver of their choice (excluding Hot Wheels cars), plus the Halloween Body Shop pack

  • Runners up: will earn a gem pack, plus the Halloween Body Shop pack

  • All entrants: will get a special Halloween Body Shop pack

RULES

  • Contest starts today and ends October 26 at 10am PDT. Be sure to send us your entry before that time or it won’t be counted!

  • Winners will be announced on or before October 30, 2026

  • Share your entry one of these ways:

    • X @vectorunit, with hashtag #BBR2Halloween2026

    • Instagram @vectorunit, with hashtag #BBR2Halloween2026

    • Post on Discord in the #fan-art or #ai-fan-art channel with the tag #BBR2Halloween2026

    • Email to info@vectorunit.com with the subject line: “Halloween Fan Art Contest 2026”

  • Include your BBR2 user name (if you have one, you can still enter if you don’t)

  • One (1) entry per person

  • Consent: You agree to your entry and BBR2 user name being posted in/on our website, fan art gallery, social media channels, email newsletter, office walls, bulletin board, refrigerator, etc.

  • Consent for kids (Under 13) category: If you are under 13, your parent must copy the consent form below and email it to info@vectorunit.com.

PARENTAL CONSENT FOR KIDS

Children under 13 require parental/caregiver consent to participate, and will be judged in a separate category.

Parents/caregivers: paste this (and fill in the brackets) into your email:

I, [fill in your name here], as the parent of [child’s name here], give my permission for him/her/them to participate in Vector Unit’s Fan Art Contest. I give my permission for his/her/their BBR username and artwork to be published as specified in the contest rules. If necessary, I will assist in receiving any prize awarded.

Note that names and email addresses will NOT be shared publicly — only BBR2 usernames. If you do not wish your child's username to be shared, please let us know.

Additional information

  • Contest is run and organized by Vector Unit at its sole discretion and is in no way sponsored by or affiliated with any of our partners

  • By entering the contest, you understand that you are providing your information to Vector Unit

  • Winners are selected by Vector Unit employees and associates by vote. Winners are chosen at Vector Unit’s sole discretion based on multiple criteria including artistic merit, style, creativity, sense of humor, storytelling and more.

  • Players who have violated Vector Unit’s Terms of Service may, at Vector Unit’s discretion, be removed from the competition and their prizes forfeit.

  • Prize codes will be generated when winners are announced, and can be redeemed in-game. Vector Unit reserves the right to clear prize codes which are still unclaimed 60 days after the contest ends.
