New Car Kit: Firestarter for Lightning

Lightning GT is a classic. Pure American muscle hot rod. And now it's got a look to match all that heat. Firestarter is an all-new car kit that turns Lightning into a rolling inferno.

You may recall that in our last BBR2 livestream, participants Voted on which car would get the next car kit. The vote count was a photo-finish, and Lightning won! So be sure to tune into future livestreams if you want to vote on new features.

Summer Cosmetics

Deck out your ride for the season with new summer-themed body shop cosmetics. Bob your head to summer beats with the new boom box attachment, or cover your car with stylish skateboards.

But the real party starts with the new party balloon attachment, which explodes with balloons and confetti when you cross the finish line. Nothing says "I won" quite like a tornado of balloons in the faces of the cars behind you.

Badges!

We are starting a slow and steady rollout of an exciting new feature — badges, which can be earned with special feats and attached to your username for all to see.

First up are badges for the winners of our Global Tournaments and Discord Tournaments. (You might also spot the occasional Vector Unit team member!) In future updates we plan to add more badge types and give you the choice of which you want to display.
