Vector Unit Archive Game End User License Agreement

When you download any Vector Unit Archive game off itch.io or any other source, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Grant of License

Vector Unit Inc. (“Vector Unit”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the included software (“the Game”) solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Restrictions

• Redistribute the Game except for personal backup purposes.

3. No Support or Updates

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Game is provided free of charge, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee that it will work on your system, meet your expectations, or be free from problems. You assume all risk arising from use of the Game.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vector Unit shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the download, installation, or use of the Game.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Game in your possession.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
