If you are experiecing problems with a Vector Unit game, such as not being able to download or install, or problems running the game, please see the list of common issues below before contacting support.

Problem downloading or installing

Error about insufficient space
The most common reason for an error regarding insufficient space has to do with the Android Market cache size on your device. Often you can resolve this with these steps:
- Go to Settings/Applications/Manage Applications/Market
- Clear Cache and Data
- Try to download again
If that does not work, it's possible other applications are using too much system cache. Try looking at "cache size" for other apps to find a possible offender.

Game crashes or does not start
Often crashing problems are caused by conflicts with other applications running in the background. Usually these problems can be resolved by simply powering down your device and rebooting.
If rebooting the device doesn't help and you are still unable to play the game, it is possible that the game is not compatible with your device. In this case please contact Vector Unit support (see below).
Other problems / contacting support
If your problem is not solved by the advice above, please contact Vector Unit Support. Be sure to include the following information so we can try and help you in a timely fashion:
- A detailed description of your problem and any error messages you see
- Device model (Settings/About Phone)
- Android Operating System version (Settings/About Phone)
- Your Google Order number

iPhone and iPad
Game Center Achievements not working
We use Open Feint as a conduit to communicate with Game Center. In order for Game Center to work properly, you also need to be signed in with an OpenFeint account. You can quickly set up an OpenFeint account from the "OpenFeint" button on the Main Menu.
