Vector Unit offers a tantalizing blend of big-team experience and small-scale agility.
Our team has a combined 22 years of experience on award winning projects including Spore, Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers, The Spiderwick Chronicles, Godfather, and Blood Wake. We've streamlined the best practices we learned on these projects and adapted them to fit the day to day needs of indie development.

We've shipped games on consoles and mobile devices, and have proven track records with bringing games to market. Our tools are designed from the ground up for scalable cross platform extensibility, which allows us to bring high quality experiences to both the console and mobile spaces. - Agile project management.
We organize our milestones around a SCRUM-lite methodology, utilizing shared online tools to track tasks for on-site and off-site contributors. We like the flexibility and trackable metrics we get from burndown spreadsheets, but we've done away with the overhead of bulletin boards and index cards. - Proprietary tools and engine.
Our games are built using a suite of internally developed tools specifically designed for high definition, downloadable games. All of our tools work off raw data, virtually eliminating build times, and support live telemetry between PC and console, enabling rapid iteration on tasks like gameplay tuning.
